Pratt, an English solicitor&#8217;s clerk. He called the game <em>Murder <\/em>and sold the idea to Waddingtons an English company who changed the name to <em>Cluedo and <\/em>introduced it in 1949.<br \/>\nWaddingtons also\u00a0licensed\u00a0the game\u00a0to Parker Brothers who Americanized\u00a0it including changing the name to<em> Clue<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>After more than sixty years, the game continues to be published by Hasbro.
